2023 Summer Veterinary Promotion

Customers who purchase BM Vet Elite Series (BM3Vet Elite, BM5Vet Elite, or BM7Vet Elite) with qualifying EtCO2 options*, ZEN-PX4 Vet + PortView Digital Sensor, or VEMO during the promotional period dates (6/1/23-7/31/23) will receive the promotional items as below. How To Get a Rebate from Bionet America, Inc.

  1. Complete ALL information – including serial number for each product. Incomplete and/or illegible forms will not be processed.
  2. Include the invoice or sales slip (photocopy acceptable) which shows the model number and date of purchase.
  3. List the model name/number and serial number on this sheet.
  4. This Claim Form must be submitted no later than 09/30/2023.
  5. Retain a copy of submitted materials for your records.
  6. All purchases must be made through an authorized Bionet distributor or Bionet.

 

  • All red fields, and those with an asterisk, are required for a successful submission. 
    Your browser will alert you when you have successfully submitted your request. You will also receive an email notification, immediately after submission.
  • NO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES, MUST BE A FULL STREET ADDRESS.
