2026 Dental Month Promotion

Customers who purchase a ZEN-PX4 Vet Handheld Portable Dental X-ray Unit together with a PortView Digital Sensor (PortView_S1 or PortView_S2) during the promotional period dates (2/1/26 – 2/28/26) will receive a free laptop pre-installed with PortView imaging software.

  • Depending on the shipping location, the free Laptop may or may not be shipped with your order. If the free laptop is not included in the shipment, it needs to be claimed through the redemption form below.

  • Eligible purchases must be placed on or before Feb. 28, 2026.

How To Get a promotional item from Bionet America, Inc.

  1. Complete ALL information – including serial number for each product. Incomplete and/or illegible forms will not be processed.
  2. Include the invoice or sales slip (photocopy acceptable) which shows the model number and date of purchase.
  3. List the model name/number and serial number on this sheet.
  4. This Claim Form must be submitted no later than 03/31/2026.
  5. Retain a copy of submitted materials for your records.
  6. All purchases must be made through an authorized Bionet distributor or Bionet.

 

  • All red fields, and those with an asterisk, are required for a successful submission. 
    Your browser will alert you when you have successfully submitted your request. You will also receive an email notification, immediately after submission.
