From July 1 to September 30, 2025, customers who purchase a ZEN-PX4 Vet Handheld Portable Dental X-Ray Unit together with a PortView Oral Imaging Sensor will receive a free laptop pre-installed with PortView imaging software.


Promotion Details:

  • Offer valid only for customers located in the United States.
  • Eligible purchases must be placed on or before September 30, 2025.
  • The promotional offer applies only when both the ZEN-PX4 Vet and PortView sensor are purchased together.

How To Get a promotional item from Bionet America, Inc.

  1. Complete ALL information – including serial number for each product. Incomplete and/or illegible forms will not be processed.
  2. Include the invoice or sales slip (photocopy acceptable) which shows the model number and date of purchase.
  3. List the model name/number and serial number on this sheet.
  4. This Claim Form must be submitted no later than 11/30/2025.
  5. Retain a copy of submitted materials for your records.
  6. All purchases must be made through an authorized Bionet distributor or Bionet.

 

  • All red fields, and those with an asterisk, are required for a successful submission. 
    Your browser will alert you when you have successfully submitted your request. You will also receive an email notification, immediately after submission.
