2024 Year-End Veterinary Promotion

Customers who purchase Brio XVet Series (Brio X3Vet, Brio X5Vet, or Brio X7Vet), ZEN-PX4 Vet + PortView Digital Sensor, VEMO, SonoMe Vet during the promotional period dates (10/1/24-12/31/24) will receive the promotional items as below. This promotion does not apply to any customers outside of the US.

    • The free item should be claimed through the redemption form below.

    • Depending on the shipping location, the free Laptop may or may not be shipped with your order.

    • If the free laptop is not included in the shipment, it needs to be claimed through the redemption form below.

  • VEMO → Free VEMO
    • The free item should be claimed through the redemption form below.
  • SonoMe Vet → Free iPad
    • The free iPad will be shipped with your order.  

 

How To Get a promotional item from Bionet America, Inc.

  1. Complete ALL information – including serial number for each product. Incomplete and/or illegible forms will not be processed.
  2. Include the invoice or sales slip (photocopy acceptable) which shows the model number and date of purchase.
  3. List the model name/number and serial number on this sheet.
  4. This Claim Form must be submitted no later than 02/28/2025.
  5. Retain a copy of submitted materials for your records.
  6. All purchases must be made through an authorized Bionet distributor or Bionet.

 

  • All red fields, and those with an asterisk, are required for a successful submission. 
    Your browser will alert you when you have successfully submitted your request. You will also receive an email notification, immediately after submission.
  • NO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES, MUST BE A FULL STREET ADDRESS.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping.
