2026 Bionet Spring Promotion

Customers who purchase Super Air Smart ICU, ZEN-PX4 Vet + PortView Digital Sensor during the promotional period dates (4/1/26-6/30/26) will receive the promotional items as below.

1. Super Air Smart ICU

From April 1 through June 30, 2026, customers in the U.S. who purchase any twin models of the Super Air Smart ICU (Air-C1-T, Air-C2-T, Air-C4-T, or Air-C4-C) during the promotional period will receive Free “Saver” Delivery.

Promotion Details:

  • Offer valid only for customers located within the contiguous U.S.
  • Eligible purchases must be placed on or before June 30, 2026.
Note:
Free “Saver” Delivery does not include move-in, set-up or installation, and customers are responsible for any disassembly, reassembly, or stacking required to move the unit into their facility or practice. Premium Delivery is available at an additional cost.

2. Dental X-ray

Customers who purchase a ZEN-PX4 Vet Handheld Portable Dental X-ray Unit together with a PortView Digital Sensor (PortView_S1 or PortView_S2) during the promotional period dates (4/1/26 – 6/30/26) will receive a free laptop pre-installed with PortView imaging software.

Promotion Details:

  • Depending on the shipping location, the free Laptop may or may not be shipped with your order. If the free laptop is not included in the shipment, it needs to be claimed through the redemption form below.
  • Offer valid only for customers located in the United States.
  • Eligible purchases must be placed on or before June 30, 2026, with the free laptop redemption claim must complete by July 31, 2026.

How To Get a promotional item from Bionet America, Inc.

  1. Complete ALL information – including serial number for each product. Incomplete and/or illegible forms will not be processed.
  2. Include the invoice or sales slip (photocopy acceptable) which shows the model number and date of purchase.
  3. List the model name/number and serial number on this sheet.
  4. This Claim Form must be submitted no later than 07/31/2026.
  5. Retain a copy of submitted materials for your records.
  6. All purchases must be made through an authorized Bionet distributor or Bionet.

 

  • All red fields, and those with an asterisk, are required for a successful submission. 
    Your browser will alert you when you have successfully submitted your request. You will also receive an email notification, immediately after submission.
  • NO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES, MUST BE A FULL STREET ADDRESS.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping.
